Procure-to-Pay Junior Specialist - Finance (m/f/d) in Wrocław

Your Tasks JOB DESCRIPTION

Processing of activities related to procure-to-pay (finance) including invoice processing, accounts payable management, travel and expense process and procedures and other activities related to procure-to-pay (finance);

Reviewing and approving customer master data;

Analyzing and reconciling vendor accounts and resolving discrepancies in procure-to-pay;

Preparing and analyzing financial reports related to procure-to-pay process;

Collaborating with other departments to resolve issues related to procure-to-pay activities;

Ensuring compliance with internal controls and external regulations related to the procure-to-pay process;

Performing tasks in a timely manner and in accordance with accounting processes;

Responsible for output quality of dedicated field of work (for specific country and process activity);

Effective and compliant untilization of available IT tools and technology in order to maximize the process efficiency;

Participation in the projects related to knowledge transfer and deployment of new technology;

Initiation and support to process improvement initiatives to streamline procure-to-pay procedures and increase efficiency;

Support in prepartion of policies and procedures related to the procure-to-pay process to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Your Skills

Higher education – preferred field of study: Accounting, Finance;

Previous professional experience in the area of finance and accounting is nice to have;

Good English skills (verbal and written – B2 or higher);

Any other European language as an advantage;

Skilled in MS Office package (Excel);

Communication skills and outside the box thinking and continuous improvement mindset;

Team player able to work in a cross-cultural environment;

Attention to details & focus on Customer experience;

Above-average involvement, flexibility, and reliability;

Performing tasks in a timely manner and in accordance with accounting processes;

Responsible for output quality of dedicated field of work.
