Requirements
Extensive experience in digital transformation, innovation, AI, data, or product leadership.
Proven success in delivering complex digital initiatives from concept to implementation.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen.
Experience working with cloud technologies, agile methodologies, and modern software delivery practices.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Fluent English and experience in international environments are an advantage.
