Proven troubleshooting and RCA experience in production environments.
Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux.

Experience with production monitoring and tools such as ELK and Geneos.
Ability to work across both BAU support and technical projects.
Strong understanding of production stability, operational risk and maintainability.
Previous experience in financial services is essential — banking, capital markets, trading or financial applications.
Experience working with traders, quants, front-office or desk users will be a strong advantage.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
Provide production and application support for business-critical systems.
