We are seeking a hands‑on HR Specialist based in Poland to manage local HR operations for our energy storage team. You will be the main HR contact for local employees and work closely with our China HR headquarters. Key Responsibilities
Own local payroll process and payroll reconciliation Coordinate company performance management cycles Organise and deliver employee training programmes Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with Polish labour law Respond to employee HR enquiries and support onboarding/offboarding Align local HR activities with group requirements Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business or related discipline 5+ years HR experience in Poland with payroll, performance and training exposure Solid knowledge of Polish labour law and social regulations Fluent in Polish and English Detail-oriented, well‑organised and good cross‑culture communication Experience with Chinese-invested companies is a plus
