Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate planning activities during assigned shifts.
- Connect Planning with operational and technical teams to support integrated terminal execution.
- Ensure readiness for vessel calls, peak periods, and exceptional situations.
- Lead vessel, yard, and berth planning activities on shift, ensuring safe and efficient execution.
- Coordinate operational readiness while supporting effective use of equipment and terminal assets.
- Oversee vessel planning execution, optimizing load and discharge plans.
- Monitor vessel execution and resolve planning-related disruptions.
- Maintain effective yard strategies and monitor inventory integrity.
- Lead contingency planning for yard congestion and operational disruptions.
What We Are Looking For:
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- A Master’s degree or Engineering degree in relevant fields.
- A minimum of four years of experience in a planning-related position.
- Strong expertise in vessel planning, yard planning, and terminal operating systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
