We are reinventing how people learn and perform at work - using AI, data and design to create experiences that are personal, adaptive and available in the moment of need. As AI Product Manager for Intelligent Learning Experiences, you will build digital products reaching 50,000+ employees a year - experiences that feel more like modern consumer products than traditional corporate training. You will start with real user and business problems, work backwards to the right technology, and turn promising ideas into products people use and value. What You'll Do
Own the product vision and roadmap for intelligent learning experiences - from discovery and prototyping to launch, adoption and continuous improvement. Identify problems worth solving through user research, product data and close collaboration with employees, leaders and business teams, understanding the complex internal offering available to employees. Translate ambiguous needs into clear product hypotheses, intuitive user journeys and testable prototypes. Design and deliver integrated, user-centric, simplified AI-first experiences such as personalised journeys, virtual coaches, agents and smart simulations - using LLMs and AI where they create real user value, not simply because the technology is available. Prototype early with tools such as Figma, Copilot Studio or comparable AI and no-code environments, and use evidence to improve the concept before scaling it. Work closely with designers, engineers, architects and data specialists and many other internal cross-functional stakeholders to make sound decisions about user experience, APIs, data flows, LLM interactions, integrations, evaluation and guardrails in a complex, ambiguous landscape with conflicting incentives. Embed products into platforms employees already use, including Teams, the intranet and our enterprise AI environment. Own the feedback & improvement backlog, prioritise trade-offs and define and continuously drive iterative success through adoption, user outcomes, skill development and business impact - not only launches or course completions. WHAT SKILLS WILL BE APPRECIATED?
You have experience taking a digital product, feature or service from an unclear problem to a working solution - in product management, product design, SaaS, enterprise software, edtech, gaming or a comparable environment. You combine strong product judgement with real UX sense: you talk to users, simplify complexity and care about how the complete experience feels. You are technically fluent. You do not need to be a software engineer, but you understand how APIs, data, LLMs and interfaces fit together and can work credibly with engineers to turn ideas into products. You are AI-native in practice: you actively work with LLMs and modern AI tools, understand their possibilities and limitations, and use them to prototype and rethink product experiences. Experience with conversational interfaces, agents or AI-powered product features is part of your toolkit. You are a builder who is comfortable with ambiguity - you make ideas tangible, test assumptions, learn from usage and iterate quickly. You are data-literate and use qualitative and quantitative evidence to prioritise decisions and demonstrate impact. You communicate clearly in English and work effectively across product, design, technology and other corporate business teams. You adapt your communication style to your counterparts and achieve outcomes with polite persistence despite roadblocks. You have the ability to understand a complex corporate landscape and chart a feasible course of action that is both realistic for stakeholders and drives tangible value, combining organizational and technical insights. You are curious about human learning and performance, but you are not constrained by traditional L&D models. Nice to have: deeper hands-on experience with retrieval and RAG, agentic architectures, AI evaluation, model selection, responsible-AI guardrails, personalisation engines or deploying AI products in an enterprise environment. A portfolio, prototype, side project or product case that shows how you think and build is highly welcome. You do not need to match every point to apply.
