Architecture, solution and implementation consulting with a focus on healthcare, SMEs, and the public sector.
Advising our customers on the mapping of cloud‑based HCM processes and creation of target/actual concepts.
Requirements and feasibility analyses, quotation calculation and presentation to customers.
Development, conception and design of modern architectural solutions.
WHAT SKILLS WILL BE APPRECIATED?
- SAP developer: minimum 5 years of professional experience as an ABAP developer with a focus on SAP HCM.
- Completed studies in business administration, business informatics or comparable training.
- Integrative system understanding and specific knowledge in the development of relevant processes in SAP HCM and H4S4.
- Experience with Adobe Forms development and customization.
- Experience with workflow design and implementation.
- Experience in SAP application management as a developer or experience in H4S4 implementation projects (brownfield/greenfield).
- German nice to have.
- Willingness to familiarize yourself intensively with German legal requirements and framework conditions.
