AsMAN Shared Services Center Sp. z o. o. provides services in the field of accounting, finance, as well as orders and purchases for the needs of MAN Truck & Bus production and sales companies in various countries.
We're currently recruiting for the position of Transition Expert with German.
Responsibilities:
- Independently manage assigned transition workstreams within the project scope.
- Organize and co-facilitate process workshops with relevant stakeholders.
- Identify the scope of transition activities based on process analysis.
- Coordinate the collection of process documentation from source teams.
- Review process documentation to ensure its quality and completeness.
- Structure and coordinate knowledge transfer to receiving teams.
- Create and regularly update transition plans for the assigned scope.
- Monitor progress, follow up on agreed actions, and respond to potential delays.
- Coordinate transition activities across different teams and stakeholders.
- Prepare regular status reports and provide updates on transition progress.
- Identify potential risks and issues, elevate them when necessary, and propose appropriate actions.
- Monitor corrective actions and follow up on their implementation.
- Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in transition meetings and present the current status of activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in transition, project coordination, process management or a similar area.
- Experience in coordinating projects or individual project workstreams.
- German and English language skills at a minimum B2 level.
- Ability to analyze processes and identify transition requirements.
- Experience in working with process documentation and knowledge transfer activities.
- Good organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to monitor project progress, identify risks and proactively propose solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with international and cross-functional teams.
- Proactive and independent approach to work combined with a strong sense of ownership.
- Very good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
