Marsh in Warsaw is seeking a talented leader to join the Insurance Placement and Policy Servicing Team at the European Business Support Center. The role follows a hybrid working model with in-office presence at least three days per week. You will lead and coach a policy servicing team, manage BAU work while driving mid- to long-term projects, and coordinate with clients, insurers, and Marsh brokers across Europe to support policy servicing and renewals.
