Łódź, Poland (hybrid setting) This position holds responsibility for order management related activities for Consumer Iberia market as well as for overall high-quality service delivery to both internal and external customers
Main Responsibilities
Executing order management related activities – EDI and manual order processing, discrepancy resolution, involvement in delivery arrangements where required
Managing samples, returns
Reviewing and validating PODs (proof of delivery)
Supporting new customer creation and modification process
Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports
Establishing and maintaining relationships with key business stakeholders: Sales, Finance, Master Data, Supply Chain, Distribution teams
Managing customer and business partners queries
Implementing improvements to existing processes to increase efficiency of daily operations
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Fluent Spanish and English required
Fluent Portuguese highly desirable
Experience and understanding of Customer Service/ Supply Chain/ Distribution areas; Spanish market familiarity will be an advantage
Analytical skills – fluency with data, systems, reports
SAP, MS Office (Excel); PowerBI/ VB language will be of extra asset
Good communication skills, proactivity, solution-orientation
Compensation: starting from PLN 77,850 per year
STARTING SALARY Final salary will be determined as part of any final offer and will consider factors such as skills, education, role-specific experience, and internal equity among current employees.
