Design and develop e-learning courses in line with instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
Ensure high-quality content, visual design, user experience, and technical functionality of all learning solutions.
Develop multimedia learning assets, including graphics, animations, videos, and interactive materials.
Ensure all learning materials are aligned with corporate branding and visual identity guidelines.
Identify learning and development needs in partnership with business leaders and subject matter experts.
Advise stakeholders on the selection and implementation of appropriate learning solutions.
Act as an internal consultant and trusted advisor in the area of digital learning.
Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Contribute to the continuous development of a modern learning culture by leveraging new technologies, multimedia solutions, and AI-powered tools.
Our requirements
Fluent English (C1/C2 level), both written and spoken.
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in E-learning Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and modern adult learning methodologies.
Advanced proficiency in
Articulate 360 and AI tools supporting course development, localization, and content creation.
Experience in creating graphic assets, animations, and video-based learning materials.
Strong communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
Solid understanding of digital learning trends, tools, and best practices.
Ability to develop professional learning materials and communicate effectively in an international business environment.
Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) administration will be considered an advantage.
Experience working within an international or matrix organization is a plus.
