YOUR TASKS
- Act as a great host and create a memorable stay for our guests.
- Manage the welcome and goodbye process from A to Z, including check-ins and check-outs to optimize hotel occupancy.
- Respond to guests' personal and phone inquiries and provide advice regarding local attractions, activities, and additional services.
- Take care of operational and administrative tasks: invoicing, hour registration, online reputation management, quality checks, etc.
- Work in a team and be ready to take on occasional tasks in the F&B area (breakfast, dinner, bar).
- Enjoy a diverse working environment and be flexible to work weekdays, weekends, day, evening, and night shifts.
YOUR PROFILE
- Have your first working experience in the hotel industry, or are passionate about HORECA industries.
- Possess an outgoing personality and enjoy working in a bustling dynamic environment, performing a variety of tasks.
- Be a people person, like helping others, and creating an unforgettable experience for our guests.
- Be a team player, ready to help colleagues and tackle challenges together.
- Speak German and English fluently (solid A2-B1 level min.), any other languages are an advantage.
