Mento is seeking senior leaders to coach members remotely, focusing on learning, growth, and community.
You will form 1:1 partnerships to help them identify goals, become better leaders, and solve work challenges while staying fulfilled.
All coaches participate in ICF-certified training before working with members, earning Continuing Coach Education Units upon graduation.
This role is a contract, hourly paid, with bonuses and requires 12+ hours per month for 24+ months.
