As a Civil Project Engineer in the Engineering Department, you will contribute to the development of the Mercedes-Benz Vans plant in Jawor by planning, adapting, and implementing buildings, technical infrastructure, utility networks, and site solutions that enable safe, efficient, and sustainable production.

What You Will Do
- Plan and lead infrastructure projects from initial concept to final handover.
- Define project scope, technical requirements, specifications, schedules, and cost targets.
- Manage the procurement process, including tender documents, bid clarification, and technical evaluation.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders, technical and execution services, designers, suppliers, and contractors.
- Supervise project execution and ensure the required quality, safety, documentation, timeline, and budget.
- Manage risks, changes, commissioning, acceptance, and handover to the user and facility management.
- Track project progress and provide clear status reports to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifikationen
What We Are Looking For
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Environmental Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical or a related field.
- Experience in planning, coordinating, or executing construction, conversion, building-services, utility, or industrial infrastructure projects.
- Strong project-management, analytical, planning, cost-control, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage several interfaces and deliverables.
- Open, proactive, and clear communication style, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders, negotiate solutions, and work effectively in international and cross-functional teams.
- Availability for occasional international travel and on-site project activities.
- Fluent Polish and English.
