Job summary This positionis responsible for providing on-site support in overseeing material flow andlogistics.
The role ensures proper handling, tracking, and distribution ofmaterials to various project teams, while also using internal systems tomonitor inventory levels and assess material usage.
Additionally, theposition contributes to decision-making by evaluating material availabilityand managing surplus items for potential reuse or resale.
Duties andresponsibilities
They assist the Material Controller for material management at Site.
To receive, check, store and preserve the materials delivered at Site.
To consign materials to Subcontractors, according to the instructions given by the Material Controller.
To keep records about the handling ofmaterials, using the Company software systems.
To perform feasibility analysis by the Company software system.
To maintain the inventory of unusedmaterial for sale.
Experience
- University Degree or Diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent;
- At least 2 years of experience inthis specific discipline;
Skills and Abilities Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail, management skills.
Team-oriented skills, self-motivation, anddirection, with strong bias toward timely performance and problem resolution.
