We're looking for a
Recruitment Consultant to join our Business Services team at Michael Page in Warsaw.
You'll help international clients build their teams, manage recruitment projects and develop new business relationships.
This is a full-time role under an employment contract, with flexible working hours and a hybrid model based at our office in central Warsaw.

Our Warsaw Business Services team works with international clients developing their operations in Poland, combining recruitment with market insights and consulting projects.
Description
Develop new business through calls, meetings, referrals and networking.
Build lasting client relationships and understand their hiring needs.
Manage recruitment processes from the initial briefing to the candidate's offer and start date.
Be an active part of volume recruitment projects for international clients in the Business Services sector.
Source, interview and support candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Advise clients on talent availability, salary expectations and recruitment timelines.
Negotiate terms of cooperation and support candidate offer discussions.
Prepare market research, reports and client presentations in English.
Manage project priorities, maintain accurate records and work towards agreed business targets.
Collaborate with other teams and share knowledge and business opportunities.
Profile
Around two years of experience in a recruitment agency / consulting or Big4.
Fluent English for daily communication with international clients and candidates.
Strong communication skills and confidence in building relationships and approaching new clients.
A commercial mindset, initiative and motivation to achieve results.
Good organisation and the ability to manage several recruitment projects.
Confidence using Excel and Power Point to analyse data and prepare client materials.
A collaborative approach, openness to feedback and willingness to learn.
Fluency in both Polish and English, written and spoken, is essential.
