We’re looking for a Senior Tech Lead to guide technical design and delivery for a Cybersecurity engineering squad. This position blends hands‑on engineering with technical leadership, ensuring robust, secure, and scalable software delivery. As a key member of the Cybersecurity Assessment & Testing team, you’ll design and deliver Python‑based microservices, integrations, and APIs supporting data, automation, and vulnerability management solutions. You’ll also help introduce AI‑assistant engineering and AI‑enabled features that improve detection, prioritisation, and automation within cybersecurity products.
Zakres obowiązków:
- Lead technical delivery and architecture for engineering squads, providing guidance, unblocking engineers, and ensuring high‑quality outcomes.
- Design and build microservice‑based services, REST APIs, and integrations for cybersecurity use cases.
- Drive DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, observability, documentation, and service reliability.
- Implement and coach secure‑by‑design development approaches, ensuring compliance and resilience.
- Build and optimise automation, pipelines, and container deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Develop AI-powered components and workflows that enhance security operations (triage, summarisation, anomaly detection).
- Promote responsible adoption of AI coding tools and automation within development teams.
- Mentor other engineers through code reviews, pairing, and design sessions while maintaining hands‑on coding responsibilities.
