We are looking for an
Operational Excellence Engineer
who can connect
people, processes, and data
to drive measurable business improvements. In this role, you will look at processes end-to-end, validate data and assumptions directly at the Gemba, and turn analysis into meaningful improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and Structured Problem Solving methodologies. Our Team Our Operational Excellence team supports the organization in identifying and implementing improvements across operational processes. We work cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, Finance, and other functions to connect operational improvements with measurable business results. What You Will Do Lead
Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement
initiatives that deliver measurable business improvements. Analyze end-to-end processes and identify root causes using
Lean, Six Sigma, and Structured Problem Solving
methodologies. Combine operational data, KPIs, and ERP/MRP insights with direct process observation at the
Gemba . Lead cross-functional teams focused on solving specific operational and business challenges. Partner with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, Finance, and other functions to identify and implement improvement opportunities. Connect Operational Excellence initiatives with their
operational, business, and financial impact . Engage stakeholders across the organization and constructively challenge existing ways of working based on facts and data. Support the development of a strong
Kaizen and Continuous Improvement culture . Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Practical experience with
Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence
methodologies. Experience in process and data analysis, including using data to identify root causes and improvement opportunities. Experience analyzing
end-to-end processes
and understanding the connection between operational processes and business performance. Experience working with
ERP/MRP systems . Professional working proficiency in English and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different functions. What Will Put You Ahead Experience within a manufacturing environment, including
Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Planning , or other operational processes. Experience with
SAP . Knowledge of German. Experience leading cross-functional Continuous Improvement initiatives and influencing stakeholders without direct reporting lines. At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
