Maintenance of the data in ERP system (WISE / EPDM) about suppliers, components pricing and other commercial purchase conditions Preparation of agreements with suppliers (e.g. NDA, PA, Logistics Agreements) Price negotiations with the defined suppliers Analyse the offers from suppliers to assure best quotation against Customers’ RFQ Track and report monthly KPIs (PPD, TCO, working capital, PO DOS) Report on any market news or finding of new potential suppliers or alternative materials International exposure and involvement in global sourcing activities Career growth opportunities within a regional and international organization Daily cooperation with multicultural teams across different countries Continuous professional and competence development through learning and practical experience Supportive team environment focused on collaboration and knowledge sharing Dynamic and supportive workplace promoting expertise and ownership Master’s degree in economics, Logistics, Engineering, or similar field Experience in sourcing or purchasing within a wiring harness plant is preferable Good understanding of purchasing and supply chain processes Strong negotiation and communication skills Structured, result-oriented, and proactive working style Ability to work independently and in international teams Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage
