This role provides foundational exposure to U.S. GAAP accounting, month-end close processes, and internal controls in a global corporate environment.This role reports to a supervisor in the North America Controllership Team (United States).Key responsibilities include:Assist with monthly close activities under supervision, including journal entry preparation and postingSupport balance sheet account reconciliations and basic variance analysisMaintain accounting documentation in compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal control standardsAssist with intercompany accounting and group reporting activitiesProvide supporting documentation for audit requests and internal control testingHelp prepare standard reports and schedules for corporate accounting and management reviewParticipate in process improvement and standardization initiativesRespond to ad-hoc accounting and operational requests from senior team membersQualificationsUniversity degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field0–2 years of accounting experience, internships or traineeships acceptableBasic understanding of U.S. GAAP principles (coursework or early professional exposure)Familiarity with ERP systems and Excel preferredStrong attention to detail and willingness to learn structured accounting processesVery good written and spoken English (knowledge of additional languages a plus)Strong willingness to learn and develop#LI-NM1#LI-hybridOffers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.EEO StatementNCR Atleos is an equal-opportunity employer.
