Bitpanda is seeking a CRM Campaign Manager to own Bitpanda’s CRM campaigns from brief to result in Kraków, shaping lifecycle journeys across email, push and in-app messaging. You’ll manage cross-market calendars, coordinate copy and localization, and ensure QA and compliance processes are followed. You’ll bring hands-on Braze experience, data-driven channel optimization, and a track record delivering end-to-end campaigns in fintech or e-commerce within a hybrid work setup.
