Nightingale Education Group is seeking a Vice President, Partnerships and Recruitment to build and run the national B2B recruitment organization. You'll set strategy, own the P&L, and assemble a multi-state team to expand our nursing programs with health systems, educators, and communities. In this role, you will lead state-by-state recruitment, secure pricing contracts, oversee events, own marketing and articulation agreements, and develop workforce funding relationships.
