As our Youngstock Specialist, the ARTist , you will support customers and our Sales team with expert advice on
calf milk replacers, milk feeding and early-life management
to improve calf health and growth
as a foundation for lifelong performance . You will combine hands-on farm experience with calf-rearing expertise, helping customers get the best results from Nukamel’s calf milk replacers.
Success in this role means becoming a trusted, hands-on partner to farmers, customers and colleagues, helping solve practical early-life management challenges and giving youngstock the best possible start for lifelong performance.
Responsibilities
Provide expert advice on calf milk replacers, milk feeding programmes and early-life management.
Support customers with colostrum management, milk feeding and weaning strategies.
Conduct on-farm visits and help solve calf health and performance challenges.
Support the Sales team during customer visits, field trials and on-farm discussions. Set up and monitor trials and translate performance data into clear customer benefits.
Provide on-farm support for customer questions and complaints. Share insights from the field with Business Development, R&D and Marketing.
Support product development, innovation projects and new product launches.
Train farmers, distributors, customers and internal teams.
Participate in industry seminars, exhibitions and customer events.
Qualifications
Degree in Animal Science, Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Science or a related field.
Strong practical experience in calf rearing within dairy and/or beef production.
Strong communication and training skills.
Practical, analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to build trust with farmers, customers and commercial teams.
Fluent in Polish and able to hold conversations in English (native level not required; an English course can be provided if needed).
