Nuronz LLC is a growing provider of ambulatory EEG monitoring and reporting services, supporting neurology practices and healthcare partners nationwide. Our remote team is dedicated to accurate, timely, and high-quality EEG services. About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Registered EEG Technologist for a dedicated, full-time scanning and reporting role. You will review EEG recordings, identify and annotate clinically significant findings, and prepare preliminary technologist reports for neurologist interpretation. This is a hands‑on, production-focused position with no initial supervisory or staff-management responsibilities. What You Will Do
Review, scan, prune, and annotate ambulatory and long-term EEG recordings, including event-based, daily, and traditional multiday reviews. Identify and document electrographic seizures, epileptiform abnormalities, patient‑reported events, normal variants, and artifacts within the technologist scope of practice. Prepare accurate, complete preliminary EEG technologist reports using established Nuronz templates; enter patient demographics and relevant study information. Verify EEG recordings are complete, accessible, and properly imported; promptly flag missing data, incomplete studies, and technical concerns. Meet established reporting productivity and turnaround standards while maintaining accuracy, completeness, and clear documentation. Escalate significant EEG findings, technical concerns, or discrepancies in accordance with Nuronz protocols. Work with EEG review systems such as Natus, Cadwell, Persyst Mobile, and Stratus, and follow ASET professional standards, applicable ACNS terminology, HIPAA, and company confidentiality requirements. Required Qualifications
Current ABRET Registered EEG Technologist (R. EEG T.) credential. At least 3 years of EEG experience, including scanning, data review, or preliminary report preparation. Strong EEG pattern recognition skills and experience reviewing ambulatory or long-term recordings. Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, maintain confidentiality, and meet reporting deadlines. Reliable high-speed internet and a private, secure home workspace. Preferred Qualifications
ABRET Certification in Long Term Monitoring (CLTM). Experience with Natus, Cadwell, Persyst Mobile, or Stratus review platforms. Remote EEG scanning, pruning, and preliminary reporting experience; familiarity with ACNS standardized EEG terminology. Why Join Nuronz?
