Junior HR Operations Specialist with German
Performing administrative tasks in HR processes, including employee onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, and others, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in line with applicable KPIs and metrics. Maintaining and updating the relevant HR systems (MyHR, Umantis and other in scope) to ensure accurate employee records, reporting, and compliance with data privacy regulations. Acting as the first point of contact for employee and manager inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and systems, providing timely and accurate resolutions. Ensuring adherence to company policies, labor laws, and regulations, and assist in audits or compliance-related activities as needed. Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve HR operational processes & leveraging technology and best practices to enhance efficiency. Generating HR reports to support decision-making and daily processing. Cooperating closely with HR business partners, HR Coordinators, payroll, and other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in HR operations. Maintaining and updating HR process documentation, guides, and desktop procedures Any previous
experience in HR Operations,
using HR information systems - preferably SAP SuccessFactors. Fluent English
(verbal and written). Communicative German
(verbal and written). A

high-complexity
