Purchase Order Administrator

At ForMotion, our clinics depend on reliable supply and smooth purchasing processes to provide the best possible support to their patients. As our Purchase Order Administrator, you will play an important role behind the scenes, making sure purchase orders move smoothly from placement through to delivery. You will work closely with our clinics, suppliers and internal teams, solving day‑to‑day purchasing questions, following up on orders and helping us continuously improve the way we work. What you’ll do

Manage purchase orders from order to delivery, making sure they are accurate and progress smoothly. Stay connected with our suppliers, following up on confirmations, delivery dates and outstanding orders. Be a reliable point of contact for our clinics, helping with purchasing questions and keeping them updated on their orders. Solve day‑to‑day order and supply issues, from discrepancies and product changes to discontinued items. Help keep products available when they’re needed, supporting inventory replenishment and stock availability. Keep our purchasing processes running smoothly, monitoring EDI transactions and helping resolve system or master data issues. Help us work smarter, contributing ideas to improve and automate our Purchase‑to‑Pay processes and ways of working. What you’ll bring

You are organized, service‑minded and comfortable working with detail in a fast‑moving environment. You enjoy solving problems and collaborating with different teams and suppliers. Experience in purchasing, procurement support, customer service, supply chain or a related area. Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Business Central or similar. Strong organizational and administrative skills with good attention to detail. Good Microsoft Office skills. Strong written and spoken English.
