About The Role As a Commercial Data & Operations Specialist, you will provide transparent, reliable commercial information to support the global Data Center organisation.
You will bring together data from multiple systems, ensure its quality and turn complex information into clear insights and decision-ready materials.
This is not a traditional controlling role.
The focus is on business transparency, data quality, CRM processes and management decision support.
By creating a trusted information foundation, you will support the business through data preparation, coordination, reporting, and systematic tracking of commercial activities.
Your Responsibilities
Ensure that key data is accurate, complete, and available on time.
Consolidate and prepare business data from CRM, SAP, and other internal sources to provide a consistent view of the global Data Center business.
Prepare, maintain, and further develop sales, order, and business reporting.
Analyze and structure commercial data related to customers, products, and business development.
Prepare order, demand, and inventory information to support forecasting and escalation management.
Build and maintain structured customer and contact overviews.
Support the preparation and regular updating of account and business plans.
Coordinate and track tasks, priorities, and open commercial topics.
Ensure structured documentation and availability of relevant commercial information for the Data Center team.
What We Expect
Hands-on experience with SAP and CRM (Salesforce) systems; advanced Excel skills are essential.
Confidence working with data, numbers, and systems, combined with a structured and analytical approach.
The ability to combine information from multiple sources and transform it into clear, structured, and meaningful business insights.
A high level of accuracy, reliability, and ownership, with a strong focus on data quality and process standards.
Strong communication and collaboration skills in an international environment.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
