We’re looking for someone who can help us plan team capacity, manage resources effectively and support the development of our artists.
- As a
- Department Producer
, you’ll combine production planning with people management, ensuring that project requirements are aligned with the team’s capabilities. What will you do?
Plan artist allocation across projects in collaboration with project leads and department supervisors.
Monitor team availability, workload, schedules and budgets, identifying risks and finding solutions.
Lead and support team members by setting expectations, providing feedback and encouraging professional development.
Contribute to recruitment planning, skills development and decisions around freelance support.
Improve workflows and coordinate the team’s operational needs.
What are we looking for?
Experience in production or production coordination within animation, VFX, game development or a similar creative and technical environment.
Experience in team planning, people management and budget management.
The ability to solve problems independently, make informed decisions and balance competing priorities.
A leadership style that combines empathy with assertiveness and accountability.
Strong organisational and communication skills, with a focus on following through on commitments.
An interest in technology and artists’ workflows.
Nice to have
familiarity with production tools such as Shot Grid or Flow, and experience working with freelancers.
