Responding in real time to platform users' inquiries regarding LIVE streaming in terms of reported abuses and appeals of decisions made.
Receiving user requests and resolving them in accordance with established platform standards.
Collaborating in an international
back-office
environment ( no phone contact
with customers).
Our expectations
Fluent knowledge of
Russian (min. C1)
and very good knowledge of
English (min. B2) .
Estimated monthly involvement of approximately
140 hours.
Services are provided within a 24/7 operational framework. The Contractor may deliver services at various times (including daytime, nighttime, and weekends), depending on their availability and mutual arrangements.
Good organization of own tasks and attention to detail.
Openness to providing services from our office in the city centre of Poznań.
Our offer
Employment on a civil contract and a rate of 32,00 PLN gross/hour.

English and Russian verification – spoken and written
Online interview with recruitment representative and Hiring Manager – during the meeting we’ll ask you some questions, take an online speed typing test and tell you more about how the project works daily.
