Zakres obowiązków:
- Lead internal and external Data Engineers, combining technical leadership with people management;
- Design, develop, and implement data solutions that acquire, transform, and optimize data from diverse sources;
- Build scalable pipelines for efficient data processing and analysis;
- Ensure data quality and integrity through data validation and cleansing processes;
- Troubleshoot data-related issues;
- Analyze and organize raw data;
- Contribute to the development of data models;
- Maintain data engineering documentation;
- Apply coding standards and best practices to create efficient and reusable services and components;
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, AI engineers, and DevOps engineers on day-to-day tasks;
- Interact with P&G IT organizations, including Architects, Platform Teams, and Data Publishers Teams.
Wymagania:
- Strong engineering background with Python, Spark, Databricks, Azure, SQL, Docker, Hive, and CICD;
- At least 4 years of experience in an Engineering position such as Data Engineer, Software Engineer, or DevOps;
- Proficiency in data engineering concepts, including data models and data pipelines;
- Excellent collaboration skills and comfort working within a cross-functional team;
- Demonstrated success in leadership, problem-solving, priority setting, and people management;
- English proficiency;
- At least a Bachelor's degree;
