Job Qualifications Required:
- A leader and technologist with a BS or MS in Business/Management Information Systems, Computer Science/Engineering, Programming/Software Development, Operations Research, or Statistics, or proven track record in programming areas.
- 6+ years of experience in Data Engineering or similar IT technical roles.
- Able to effectively develop data processing using different tools.
- Expertise in coding effectively in Databricks.
- Familiar with latest technical features, like Unity Catalog / FlexShare.
- Fluent in CICD, DevOps, GitHub, Agile.
- Experience in Azure, Azure Data Factory.
- Able to guide others on effective use of tools and offer multiple technical/data architecture options.
- Passionate and curious, ready to tackle complex problems.
Preferred:
- Azure certification or experience.
- Experience as Product Owner.
- Experience in data architecture, business analytical solutions, data science.
- Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) data experience.
- Work experience in a professional services industry or in diverse teams.
