Solution Engineer (Infrastructure) Key Responsibilities
Participation in IT projects (architecture, configuration) and analysis and creation of business requirements specifications.
Participation in presales activities and supporting the delivery of IT projects.
Lead and facilitate workshops to gather business requirements and align technical solutions with client needs.
Collaboration with delivery, presales and business team.
Our Requirements
Over 4 years of experience in a similar role with expertise in ADDS, Entra ID, Windows Server roles, AD infrastructure, Hyper‑V, and VM management.
Knowledge of Manage Engine tools like Exchange Reporter, Endpoint Central, Service Desk Plus will be a strong asset.
Experience in implementing Microsoft products (especially infrastructure solutions).
Certificates: 70-410, 70-411, 70-412, AZ‑800, AZ‑801, AZ‑140, AZ‑104.
Ability to conduct training and webinars.
Strong presales and business communication skills.
English proficiency (at least B2 level).
Higher education in a technical field.
