Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work closely with Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, HR and external partners to deliver a positive hiring experience as we continue to develop our standalone organisation. Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment for selected vacancies, from briefing hiring managers and sourcing candidates through to interviews and offers. Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, agree recruitment approaches and keep hiring moving. Support TA projects covering recruitment processes, systems, tools and candidate experience. Develop simple guidance and resources that help recruiters and hiring managers work effectively. Work with HR Operations, Procurement and external providers to resolve issues and improve recruitment support. Use hiring data and feedback to identify improvements and track progress. Help embed consistent recruitment practices while recognising local market needs. Required Skills
