Senior M&A Associate Location: WARSAW Responsibilities
Support M&A processes throughout the entire transaction lifecycle (sell-side, JVs, buy-side), with the goal of becoming able to independently lead full transaction processes
Prepare term sheets, teasers, and information memoranda
Coordinate due diligence processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams (legal, technical, commercial)
Lead financial modelling activities during transaction processes
Prepare ongoing financial analyses and materials required for transaction execution
Support the management of external advisors, including legal, technical, and financial advisory firms
Support senior team members during the negotiation and mark-up of transaction documents (term sheets, SPAs, shareholder agreements)
Requirements

Strongfinancialmodellingskills–abilitytobuildandauditfinancialmodelsindependently,withadvancedproficiencyinExcel
