Responsibilities
Managing the accounting team. Overseeing the accuracy of accounting and financial processes. Participating in month-end and year-end closing activities. Verifying the accuracy of settlements with contractors and employees, including checking the completeness of received invoices. Preparing reports, summaries and analyses for the accounting department and the Management Board. Improving processes and implementing best practices within the team. Providing substantive and motivational support to team members. Cooperating with internal and external auditors. Ensuring that accounting processes comply with local and international accounting standards. Monitoring changes in tax regulations and implementing necessary updates. Coordinating the flow of financial documents and overseeing their archiving. Other tasks assigned by the Supervisor. Requirements
Experience in supervising an accounting team or working as an Independent Accountant. Very good knowledge of Polish accounting and tax regulations. Experience in month-end and year-end closing processes. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports. Strong communication skills and the ability to support and motivate a team. We offer
