Due to the company’s growth, we are looking for a Senior M&A Associate.
Senior M&A Associate Location: Warsaw Responsibilities
Support M&A processes throughout the entire transaction lifecycle (sell-side, JVs, buy-side) with the goal of becoming able to independently lead full transaction processes.
Prepare term sheets, teasers, and information memoranda.
Lead financial modelling activities during transaction processes.
Prepare ongoing financial analyses and materials required for transaction execution.
Support the management of external advisors, including legal, technical, and financial advisory firms.
Coordinate due diligence processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Provide support to senior team members during negotiations of transaction documents.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in M&A gained in investment banking, financial advisory, an M&A boutique, investment fund, renewable energy developer, or IPP.
Experience in the renewable energy or infrastructure sector will be an advantage.
Solid understanding of financial modelling and proficiency in Excel.
Fluency in English and Polish.
