## SAP SuccessFactors Data Migration Consultant#### Jobs post* Poland, Eastern Europe Location* Negotiable Salary* SAP Technology* Contract Type* Remote WorkplaceApply now**RED Global** are hiring for a **SAP SF Data Migration Consultant** (**Employee Central)** to join a large-scale international HR transformation programme.The role will focus on supporting multiple migration waves, executing end-to-end Employee Central data migration activities, and ensuring successful delivery across testing and cutover phases.**Project details:*** **Role:** SAP SuccessFactors Data Migration Consultant* **Contract length:** 12 month contract + potential extension* **Location:** Europe (Fully remote)### Key Responsibilities* Execute end-to-end data migration activities across the full ETL lifecycle (Extraction, Transformation & Loading)* Extract employee and organisational data from source systems using SuccessFactors reporting and extraction tools* Perform data loads into Employee Central using standard import templates and mass upload processes* Support SIT, UAT, cutover, and deployment migration cycles* Manage migration tracking activities, data validation, reconciliation, and defect resolution* Work closely with functional teams and migration leads to ensure data quality and successful delivery across multiple programme waves### Required Skills & Experience* Strong hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) experience* Valid **SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification** (essential)* Proven SuccessFactors implementation experience* Solid background in EC data migration and reporting* Hands-on experience with **Infoporter and/or BIB Replication** (essential)* Strong understanding of data mapping, transformation logic, validation, and reconciliation activitiesIf this is of interest, please apply with a copy of your updated CV for immediate consideration.**Reference**
