Requirements:
University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting; 2+ years of experience in finance, treasury, or payment operations; Practical experience working with payment service providers (PSP), payment systems, and alternative payment methods; Strong analytical skills and ability to work with financial data; Experience in high-volume transaction environments such as Gambling / Betting / FinTech is advantageous; Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; experience with 1C. Will be plus
Experience coordinating processes across teams and supporting junior colleagues. Responsibilities:
Processing payments and payment requests via Jira; Daily work with PSPs and their admin panels; Monitoring and maintaining PSP balances, including balance top-ups and internal transfers; Monitoring the accuracy of cash movements and fund transfers; Communicating with PSPs on operational matters; Processing statements and recording transactions in 1C; Reconciling balances and transactions across PSPs, 1C and internal systems, including discrepancy resolution.
