Completed studies in business analysis, project management, business informatics, or a comparable qualification. 4+ years as a Business Analyst in agile environments Hands-on with Jira or similar backlog tools Stakeholder management experience in large organizations Conceptual understanding of frontend technologies, APIs, and microservices Experience with large-scale transformation or refactoring initiatives Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken) Basic familiarity with UX methods such as journey mapping or wireframing (nice to have) Openness to regular visits to the Katowice office.
