RFOptix is seeking a highly technical and market-driven Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to lead the positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for next-generation high-speed sampling oscilloscopes, including both electrical and optical (PAM4 112G/224G/448G) platforms. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, sales, and strategic partnerships, and is critical to driving adoption of RFOptix solutions within semiconductor ATE, datacom, and silicon photonics ecosystems. The ideal candidate combines deep domain knowledge in high-speed test and measurement with strong commercial instincts and the ability to translate complex technology into compelling value propositions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product positioning and messaging for electrical and optical sampling oscilloscopes.
- Lead go-to-market strategy and product launches.
- Develop technical marketing materials including datasheets, application notes, and white papers.
- Engage with customers and gather market insights.
- Support sales and business development with tools and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners and support OEM engagements.
- Represent RFOptix at industry events such as DesignCon, OFC, and ECOC.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in product marketing, applications engineering, or product management.
- Strong understanding of high-speed signaling (NRZ, PAM4), oscilloscopes, and signal integrity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with sampling oscilloscopes (Keysight DCA, Tektronix DSA/CSA).
- Knowledge of optical measurements such as TDECQ, OMA, ER, RLM.
- Familiarity with ATE systems and manufacturing test environments.
- Understanding of jitter analysis and signal processing techniques (CTLE, FFE, DFE).
- Experience with S-parameters embedding / de-embedding.
