The Kraków Global Capability Centre is a key hub supporting global procurement activities and delivering operational excellence across the organisation. Working as a Procurement Operations Intern, you will work alongside experienced professionals, support real business processes, and develop skills that will help launch your career in procurement. On a 6-month internship with us, you'll get the chance to experience it first-hand. What you’ll be doing
Supporting the creation and maintenance of purchase orders and procurement documentation Assisting with supplier and stakeholder queries Helping to monitor and track procurement requests through company systems Maintaining data accuracy and supporting reporting activities Supporting purchasing issue resolution activities Assisting with process improvement and operational excellence initiatives Learning how global procurement processes operate in a large international company Who we’re looking for
A university student studying any business subject (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Economics, or related fields) You’ll need to be open-minded, curious, collaborative and agile – someone who enjoys problem solving and who recognises the power of teamwork You’ll also need to be proficient in English (B2) Our behaviours drive us - we put safety first, do the right thing, keep it simple and make a difference.
