We are looking for BI analysts to join our Bidding Platform organization which is the core of the RTB business, processing over 20 million requests per second to participate in real-time auctions and display advertisements to customers from 90+ countries.
You will: Prepare business analyses and draw actionable conclusions from data.
Design and maintain dashboards and reports for key business stakeholders.
Work with SQL and Big Query to extract, transform, and analyze data.
Use Python (pandas) in Colab for deeper data analysis and automation.
Collaborate with other departments on data-driven projects.
Desired experience: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in mathematics, computer science, economics, or statistics At least 5 years of professional experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
Solid understanding of fundamentals of statistics SQL knowledge and practical experience with relational databases (Google Big Query is a strong plus).
Basic Python skills, specifically using pandas for data analysis.
Strong data visualization skills and experience with at least one BI tool (e. g., Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau).
Practical experience with creating data models and data exploration Familiarity with Git/Git Hub.
The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Fluency in both Polish and English.
