The project focuses on defining enterprise-wide data architecture for a complex, multi-entity organization. The Data Architect will translate business and data strategy into a coherent target architecture, common data models, integration standards, governance principles and a phased transition roadmap. A key focus is ensuring interoperability and consistency across different business units and entities.

Data Governance, Metadata and Data Lineage
Master Data Management (MDM)
Assess the existing data landscape, including platforms, models, integrations, dependencies and data ownership across business units.
Define enterprise data architecture principles, standards and target-state architecture.
Develop conceptual and logical data models, canonical models and common definitions for priority data domains.
Establish integration patterns, interoperability standards and federated architecture governance.
Identify architecture gaps, migration priorities and dependencies, and develop a phased transition roadmap.
