The Role
You'll join our Warsaw engineering team and build the product our customers run their quoting and purchasing on every day.
You'll ship real features from your first week, with senior engineers reviewing your work and pulling you into design decisions.
Full time, in person in our Warsaw office, 9 to 5, Monday to Friday.
This is not a remote role.
Svelte, Type Script, Postgres.
Build features end to end, from schema to UI.
Up to one week of international travel per quarter (SF HQ or customer sites).
What We’re Looking For
3+ years building full-stack products.
You've shipped something you can show us: a Git Hub repo, a live web app, or a Loom walkthrough.
Strong in Type Script and at least one frontend framework (React, Svelte, Next, etc).
Comfortable writing SQL, not just calling an ORM.
You use AI coding tools every day and know where they break.
Fluent English.
You're comfortable working for founders in their early twenties.
Hackathons, meetups, or public speaking are a plus.
Low ego, curious, learns fast.
