As a Learning Support Specialist, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality learning support services across Scania's European organization. You will support learning systems, digital learning operations, content administration, learner support, and training coordination, helping employees access the learning resources they need to develop and succeed.
About The Role: As part of Scania’s Global Knowledge Centre, you will support the day-to-day delivery of learning operations and learning system administration across multiple countries. You will assist learners, managers, instructors, and learning administrators through learning support activities, content publishing, learning assignments, classroom coordination, invoicing support, access management, and issue resolution.

- Learner Support & Case Management
- Process learning-related requests and inquiries
- Provide timely and service-oriented support
- Investigate standard learning system issues
- Escalate complex issues appropriately
- Learning Content Administration
- Support publishing and maintenance of learning content
- Administer e-learning and instructor-led courses
