The loop starts with a real diagnostic stack: the machine reports a fault with the evidence around it.
AI analysis works out the cause and proposes a fix.
The fix goes to the machine over the air.
Test routines check that it worked, with rollback if it did not.
What was learned stays in the system, so the next machine with the same fault heals faster.
