Due to ongoing development, we are currently seeking individuals with experience in analytical chemistry, specifically in the use of HPLC methods to join our Kraków team.
As an Analytical Specialist in our analytical chemistry team, you will play a crucial role in Drug Discovery processes for biotech and pharma companies worldwide, including those from Europe, the USA, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare samples and reagents for analysis.
Accurately record analysis results and prepare reports.
Conduct transfers and validations of methods, including the preparation of related documentation.
Collaborate closely with the biology team to interpret data and develop analysis strategies, as well as with clients.
Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
Your Background
University degree in Life Sciences, such as Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field. 0–2 years of laboratory experience in an analytical or pharmaceutical environment, or strong motivation to develop a career in analytical laboratory.
Hands-on experience with chromatographic techniques (HPLC/UHPLC) is an advantage.
Good command of English (minimum B2) and communicative Polish.
Strong willingness to learn, develop new skills, and continuously expand professional knowledge.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Accuracy, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
