What you do every day
Call warm leads — people who expressed interest in the offer or bought before Present health & beauty products and turn interest into orders Run roughly 20–30 conversations a day — each with someone who knows the product or showed interest Hit your own sales targets and track your own numbers Work independently from home in a quiet space — no TV in the background, no kids screaming next to you What we offer

You must have Fluent Polish — native or near-native Shift availability: Mon–Sat 8:00–20:00, Sun 9:00–17:00 (you set exact shift hours in recruitment) A quiet workspace with stable internet — 100% remote (mobile hotspot isn't enough)
Equipment: we can provide a laptop and headset if you don't have your own — tell us when you apply.
