We are looking for an experienced Senior CRM Developer / Technical Lead to lead technical design and hands-on development across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform delivery projects. This is a hands-on technical leadership role combining software development, solution design, code reviews, team coordination and mentoring within distributed enterprise delivery teams. Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop and test Dynamics 365 Online and Dataverse solutions. Develop secure integrations using Dataverse Web API and Azure services. Own technical design decisions, review code and ensure engineering quality. Manage solution deployment, source control and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Git and PAC CLI. Coordinate developers, estimate technical work and manage delivery risks. Mentor developers and collaborate with Solution Architects and client stakeholders. Key Requirements:

6-8+ years of commercial software development experience. Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online and Dataverse. Experience with Dataverse plug-ins, Custom APIs, Web API/OData and solution layering. Practical experience with Power Platform ALM, Git and CI/CD. Proven experience leading a Dynamics 365 implementation or major technical workstream. Fluent Polish and English (mandatory). Strong communication, problem-solving and technical leadership skills. Nice to Have:

Dynamics CRM on-premises to Dynamics 365 Online migrations. Power Pages, PCF, Azure Functions, Service Bus or API Management. Microsoft Power Platform / Dynamics 365 certifications. Experience with Agile / Scrum delivery. What We Offer:
