You will be responsible for working closely with vendors in the following areas: facility maintenance, engineering outsourcing, and construction. At the same time, you will work closely with warehouse landlords and automation equipment suppliers. Key Responsibilities:
Develop sources to fulfil business needs, market information collecting and integration, draw up strategies, suppliers and vendors research; Product pricing, risks control: analysis potential risk and prevention plan, lead time, quality and quantity; Prepare clear transparent biding plan including Request for Proposal and Request for Quotation, draft report of evaluation, prepare reward notification; Annual purchase forecast, draw up detailed product list and procurement plan; Maintain professional and amicable relationships with the suppliers, monitor latest trends, provide timely and efficient advices to management. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above, more than 3 years of procurement experience, and more than 1 year of work experience in large-scale e-commerce, warehousing, and logistics positions; Knowledge of supply chain management, strong communication and analytical skills; Revolutionary, evolutionary, always look for solutions to improve the processes and efficiency; Language: English B1 level. Chinese is a plus; What we offer:
